Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Zolara app ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Zolara provides guided Pilates workouts, programs, and progress tracking through a mobile application available on iOS and Android. Future updates may include additional disciplines such as yoga, stretching, and recovery. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Zolara offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions (monthly and annual). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are displayed in the App before purchase and are subject to change; existing subscribers are not affected by price increases until their renewal period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies — Zolara does not process refunds directly.
Free users have access to a curated subset of content as described in the App. Zolara reserves the right to adjust what is included in the free tier at any time, provided that content already started by a free user will not be removed mid-session.
The workouts and programs in Zolara are for general wellness and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. You exercise at your own risk. Zolara is not liable for any injury or health outcome resulting from your use of the App.
All content in the App — including video, audio, images, written descriptions, and software — is owned by or licensed to Zolara and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our express written permission.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content; or (e) interfere with the security or integrity of the App or its servers.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zolara and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zolara operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
