One practice, five disciplines.

Tramn started as a Salesforce DevOps consultancy — building the CI/CD and release management tooling that large Salesforce teams need to ship safely. That work is still core to what we do, and it funds the rest of the practice.

Since then, the same team has expanded into AI consulting, mobile app development, game development, and startup work — not as separate side projects, but as one practice that moves between client consulting and building its own products. We ship apps we design and operate ourselves (see Mobile), and we run our own repeatable process for validating new ideas before committing engineering time to them (see Startups).

That loop — enterprise consulting work funding product work, and product work sharpening how we approach client engagements — is why the same small team can move quickly across all five lines instead of being generalists at none of them.
